Loved the style and quality of the sandals but unfortunately the straps were too small (not long enough). Customer service was awesome and suggested I order straps for a larger size to try. They were only minimally longer and did not work either. They even express shipped the straps to me for free! These would have been perfect for my daughters wedding but also had more casual choices of straps for later. I have a larger foot but have never needed a wide. My straps are usually toward the last hole but I have never had this issue before.

Love this set! So versatile and goes with everything. The interchangeable straps are easy to put on. The sole is memory foam and very comfortable. I have extremely flat feet and most sandals hurt after I wear them but these don’t. Can’t wait to order the tan set when they have my size. I would recommend ordering a half size bigger.
